2. Terms & Conditions

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Booking is confirmed only after successful payment of the required advance.
  • Final guest count must be confirmed before the event.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information.
  • Roots Restaurant reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances.
  • Prices, menus and packages may change without prior notice.
  • Alcohol is not included in any package and may only be arranged where legally permitted and after obtaining the required temporary licence.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Booking cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a refund after applicable deductions.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Booking dates may be rescheduled subject to availability.
  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Convenience charges or payment gateway charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Roots Restaurant provides hospitality and event booking services. No physical products are shipped through this website.

After successful payment:

  • A booking confirmation will be sent via Email, SMS or WhatsApp.
  • Our team may contact the customer to confirm event details.
  • Services will be provided on the booked event date.
